Stability Ball Training For Wrestlers / MMA

If your looking for workouts, routines, strength training programs or just about any other form of guidance, look no further, the collection of strength training guides both traditional and non-traditional that I have could take someone weeks to sift through.. I'll be posting up some of my favorite training methods periodically.. Like this non-traditional stability ball method someone sent me.. The backround music isn't the best, however the balance and agility demonstrated is pretty impressive.. If you've never tried balancing on your knees on top of a stability ball , you should give it a try.. Great way to develop your core strength.

In case you don't understand the difference of traditional / non-traditional---- I'd consider traditional training to be most often related to dumbbells, barbells, and squat racks.. Non-traditional would be medicine balls, stability balls, bands, sand bags, ropes, etc... If your a wrestler and could use a collection of top of the line "non" traditional and traditional workouts, you should consider: http://schlattertrained.com .

Pat Schlatter, father of CP and Dustin Schatter and president of CPD Fitness, created a training DVD that has TOP SHELF workouts designed specifically for wrestlers. Take a look at the site: http://schlattertrained.com.

You can also sign up for a monthly newsletter complete with strength training tips for coaches, parents and athletes. It's a tough DVD to beat.. The techniques will never get old..

Enjoy
