After two trips to the NCAA Finals, Stevie saved the best for last. With an all Ohio matchup with Mike Miller from Lake High School (now attending Central Michigan), Stevie didn't hold anything back. Confident and aggressive, he finished the match strong.
I had conversations with Steve regarding him being a NCAA Champion even before college. Having the pleasure of working with Stevie as a youth and middle school wrestler, his potential even at the age was extremely visible. A dream come true for sure.
