With all the ups and downs a state tournament usually delivers, these two certainly didn't hold anything back. At the end of day 3, it always comes down to who has the best strength, conditioning and the right mindset. The placers above had the right mixture of all three and found their way to the podium. In between we all experienced a roller coaster ride of intensity and everyone survived.
