Past Workout Of The Week

I posted this torturing workout on our training forum and received awesome feedback. Because of this, I'd like to open this up to everyone. Here's the deal.. try this 6 minute workout, that's right it only takes 6 minutes, but you'll be whining in less than 2 minutes..

Follow these rules.. Start at a particular time... Let's say 4 pm.. You know your workout will be finished at 4:06 pm.. Get a stop watch. Do 5 perfect pushups, then rest in the plank position for 20 seconds.. Keep accurate time.. After 20 seconds, do 5 perfect pushups, then 20 second plank, etc. for a total of 6 minutes.. Keep track of when you "violated" the plank position. I made up a rule... After 4 rounds of plank / pushups, you're allowed to move a body part.. Examples are cross an ankle, lift one arm up, donkey up or tripod up.. You just can't put your knees down or rest on your head.. Give this a shot and leave comments below..
