I was in a bit of a rush Wednesday morning but still managed to do something. After finishing up some internet work, and returning over a dozen phone calls, and starting a new project, in between lunch, dinner and the big Football Rally, I knew I could crank out a brutal workout for myself.
To most, 15 minutes sounds like nothing, but when you're as insanely busy as I am, it works.
NO EXCUSES ! BOTTOM LINE, EVERYONE IS BUSY, BUT NOT THAT BUSY !
So, here's what I did in my back yard, where the heat was hovering slightly above 70 degrees but felt like 100 thanks to a good ol' t-shirt, sweat shirt and jogging pants :)
1A) 30 lb Kettle bag snatch from the grass- 4 x 5 reps each hand
1B) lateral jumps over flat bench 4 x 10
2A) weighted pull ups 4 x 5
2B) handstand push ups 4 x 5
On paper, this workout doesn't look like much, but give it a shot and I know you'll be feelin' it.
3 rounds or more non stop
Don't fear going heavy either.
