Kettlebell Workouts

People can laugh and poke fun at Kettlebell training all they want, truth be told, these "cannon balls" are powerful tools of the trade, and they will provide you with some amazing results in strength, power, conditioning, and you guessed it...

Serious hand and forearm development ! Many people discount the training of the hands and grip because they simply assume that the hands are not as important as other muscles such as the legs, chest or shoulders.

Truth be told, the easiest way for me to put this is like this: "weak hands = weak man"

If you use Kettlebells, you'll want to see my powerful combat complexes, my "loaded conditioning" methods, and my brutal combo lifts.

Try this Kettlebell workout:

1A) double front squats x 6
1B) see saw military press x 3 each
1C) double swings x 10
1D) mixed grip pull ups x max reps

Hit the above circuit for 6 rounds.

The kettlebells are never placed on the ground, so suck it up and stay tough. This is a brutal circuit but man does it feel good.

Rest is only 1 minute between sets.
